Create perfect weave seams in 3 patterns for linear or circular weld seams. Can be used to create larger weld seams in one layer or for single-layer welding.

Software Option - Thru-Arc Seam Tracking

Uses welding current feedback and weaving motion to track the weld path. Compensates for changes in the weld path due to part tolerances or placement, and ensures weld path is centered in the joint for improved weld quality and appearance.

Ensures precision by automatically adjusting to reference peaks for fast & accurate TCP compensation. Ensures precision by compensating for changes in the geometry of the cobot cell to maintain consistent performance.

Software Option - Touch Sense

Touch Sense ensures accuracy by compensating for workpiece position shifts. Using the welding wire to sense and record the workpiece's location, dynamically adjusting the weld seam coordinates based on touch sensing data.
